I made up a holiday – at least I think I did. It’s Tell Everyone You Love That You Love Them Day. So wake up your kids with an “I love you – time to get up” this morning. Don’t forget to let your spouse know. Let your friends know. And while you are doing this, let them know something specific that you love. “Good morning. I love you and how you always wake with a smile on your face!” “I love you because you are always willing to make time for me when I need it!” “I love you because you make me feel safe!” It doesn’t matter what you say, only that you say it from your heart. OK – I didn’t make it up. I just googled it, and there is a Facebook page for it, and if I kept looking I would probably find more. But that’s not a problem; I don’t need to own it or create it. You don’t have to do it on a particular day. In fact, do it every day!
