It is okay to feel down sometimes

It is okay to feel down sometimes – it is what it is. Cut yourself some slack and realize that you may not always be at the top of your game. You may have a cold, you may be experiencing some depression, or you may need a nap. Bow out of the feeling that you always have to be 100% and feeling good – being perfect isn’t all that it is cracked up to be.
