Be open to the possibilities

When you no longer can do what you have always done, maybe it is time to decide what is is you can do now. Things change; there is no reason to believe that you can’t change as well. Maybe you can get the same result as you used to using a different method. Maybe stopping one thing opens up a chance to do something entirely different. Maybe it is time to let go of the old and welcome in the new. If you need to mourn the passing of the old before you can embrace the new, then mourn it. If you have been doing something for a long time, it may feel like you are losing an old friend. Mourn as long as you need to, but don’t get stuck there. Look forward and be open to the possibilities.
