Stop what you are doing, take a deep breath, think of something funny, and LAUGH!  Laughter is an important skill in which to be proficient, so make sure to practice it at least once a day.   If you haven’t laughed much lately, start out small – maybe with a smile.  Then graduate to a chuckle perhaps, and the next think you know you will be able to produce a belly laugh on demand.  Get good at it – it may just change your perspective!
