When someone honors you by being vulnerable in front of you, please treat it as the gift that it is.  Vulnerability is a difficult thing for most people  to share.  If showing vulnerability proves to be a painful experience, it may not be shared again.  And when one person is brave and shows their vulnerability, others are encouraged to show theirs.
