Focus on what you can do

Our bodies change; we may get sick; we all get older. We may no longer be able to do what we used to do with ease. Go ahead and mourn those changes, but don’t spend all your time there. Focus on what you can do, not on what you can’t do. If you are still alive, you can still contribute to life, though you may have to figure out a different way to do it than you did it in the past.
