I set my boundaries to keep me safe and sane. I set my boundaries to keep me from losing myself. Please respect my boundaries.
Don’t live in the past, but do look back to remind yourself of how far you have come.
When tasks seem insurmountable and life is overwhelming, I go back to the basics and remind my self to JUST BREATHE.
