You have to do what is right for you, but you must also take into consideration how your actions will affect those around you and society in general. If your actions could get you killed, and you are fine with taking that chance, okay. But if your actions could get those around you killed, you must rethink your decision. Your right to do as you please ends when your actions affect others. You are a part of the whole, a citizen of this world, and yes, you are your neighbor’s keeper.
