If you are feeling down about something, try to pinpoint what it is that is making you feel that way. Acknowledge your feelings. And then move on. Allow yourself to feel what you feel, just don’t allow yourself to wallow in it – at least for very long. Maybe throw yourself a 5 minute pity party. And don’t forget to move on. Find something that makes you smile, that brings joy into your life. And be done with what is done.
