The choice is mine – great day or mediocre day, giggle at the small stuff or frown at everything. It is not that I ignore reality; I just choose to go with what makes me happy, and I can almost always find something that makes me at least a little happy. And if things are not going my way and I feel the need to wallow in it for a bit, I throw myself a little pity party, and set a time limit on it. When it’s over, it’s over. The choice is mine!
