Try these questions instead: What is my answer to that question? How do I feel right now? What do I want to say in this situation?
We would invite you to be your authentic self, and find the answers to these questions inside yourself, without worrying about what the ‘correct’ answer is. Granted, in this world of conformity speaking your truth and being yourself can be scary. And it can also be very rewarding. Just remember that your truth is not necessarily anyone else’s truth, so speak your truth respectfully.
