Things are getting busier; it seems that there is so much to do and so little time. Don’t forget to schedule the ‘you’ time into your days! Take some time every day – 10 minutes, an hour, more of you can manage it – to recharge your own battery. Or get your 10 minutes each day in, and bump it up to a longer period every week or couple of weeks. With so much to do, it may seem unlikely that you will find the time, but remember that, like a battery, if you don’t get recharged, you will no longer have any energy to do everything that you want to do. It is important; YOU are important!
