It is my life; they are my decisions. You don’t have to understand or like them, but you do have to let me make them. I may not make the same choice that you would, but I will make the best choice that I can with the information I have at the time. And the fact that I made a different choice than you would have does not mean that I am rejecting you, it just means that I am not you – I am me.
