I want to share some great advice that I got the other day. When you are headed into those dark and fearful moments, which we all face, think of the things that you are doing to help make things better. For me, it is taking some medicine, eating healthy, and meditating to lessen the stress. These are things that I am being proactive about, and remembering them makes be feel that I can and do have an effect on my situation – I am not helpless. So remember what you are doing, and if you haven’t yet started, then begin something. It doesn’t have to be big; anything you do will have some kind of effect.
