How do you release energy that needs to be let out?
There are many ways to do this – one is to cry. So the next time you find yourself crying for apparently no reason, remember that crying is another way for energy to get out. Perhaps there are feelings that need to find a way out, and this is how it is going to work right now. Don’t beat yourself up over it. And please don’t judge others about this either. There are a lot of reasons this happens, including some conditions that make it hard for people to control their emotions. The last thing they, or you, need is to be judged over it. And if you go with it, and let it happen, it will probably take less time than if you fight it.
