Don’t dwell on yesterday – it is done. Nothing you can do now can change what happened then. Look at it and learn from it, but don’t obsess about it. If something didn’t go the way you wanted it to, you can’t change it. If you did or said something you wish you hadn’t, you can apologize for it (and that may be what you want to do), but you can’t change it. Learn from yesterday and move on. Don’t be so caught up in yesterday that you forget that now is the only time you can actually do anything.
