Give yourself credit for that thing you set out to do and did. Give yourself credit for keeping your mouth shut when you know what you wanted to say wouldn’t help the situation. Give yourself credit for what you CAN do, and stop stressing over what you can’t do. There are plenty of people in this world who will be happy to harp on your shortcomings. Be the person who gives you credit for the things you are doing. What aren’t you recognizing as worthy of noticing?
