In this age of instant everything, please remember that you are free to share as much or as little of your life on-line as you wish. So is everyone else. If it is not your journey and your story, it is not appropriate for you to post about it first on social media. You don’t get a prize for being the first to post about someone’s pregnancy, or death in the family, or newly diagnosed disease. There are many reasons that someone may prefer to either wait, or not post their news at all. Please respect their right to disseminate their news as they see fit, when they see fit, if they see fit.
