We are living in interesting, and scary, times. Please remember that children can pick up on your anxiety, and may start acting out because they are uneasy, and perhaps don’t have the words to discuss it. It is important to not lie to children, and it is also important to make any conversations you have with them age-appropriate. It is most important to show children, now and always, that they are loved.
