State you feelings clearly

Say what you have to say, and be done with it. Do your best to say things so they will be understood, and don’t worry about it. When you tiptoe around what you are trying to say, you are leaving your words open to misinterpretation and actually could be clouding the issue at hand. Instead, state your feelings clearly, and deal with the outcome directly. This does not give you permission to be rude or cruel; there are ways to state the truth without being nasty. Being nice and being truthful are both possible at the same time.
