What are you grateful for?
Sometimes it is hard to see what you have to be grateful for. Things may be going less than ideally – family members are sick, people need help, you lose your job. And yet, this may be the time to open your eyes and see all that you have – time to help, good coffee, a friend to talk to. I am not saying that you should pretend to be grateful for things that are not going well. I AM saying that it is important to find the things that you truly can be grateful for. Sometimes that may start with something as small as a peaceful view out your window, or a hug from a child in your life. And sometimes finding one small thing to start with will bring a flood of other things to mind. What are you grateful for?
