What can I let go of?

We’re coming to the end of one year and the beginning of a new one. It is time to look back and see what worked, and what didn’t. It is time to ask ourselves some questions: What can I let go of, and what is important to keep? What about forgiveness? Do others need it from me? Do I need it from myself? I find rituals helpful at this time of year. One of my favorites is to write down the things I want to let go of, and to burn the paper and release things to the Universe. What are some of the ways you deal with the end of the year?
