Acknowledge the events in your life

When something is over, be sure to take the time you need to get over it. It doesn’t matter if you are happy about it, or sad, or something in between. If mourning is in order, then mourn. If a happy dance is called for, then dance. So often we let things move on in our lives without taking the time to acknowledge them. Acknowledge the events in your life. Good, bad, or indifferent –  they happened to you and have helped shape who and what you are.
