Your feelings aren’t right or wrong – they are your feelings, and you are entitled to have them. The fact that they are different from someone else’s feelings does not make them incorrect. The fact that they are different from everyone else’s feelings still does not make them incorrect. Your feelings are what they are – sad, happy, scared, angry, excited, or anything else. You don’t have to act on them, and sometimes you aren’t going to want to, but it is important to recognize and acknowledge them.
