Go out and play today. Pretend you are 7 again, and go play on the swings, or take a walk with no destination in mind. Call up a friends just to talk, or immerse yourself in a good book just to read, not necessarily to learn something. Just have fun, and don’t think about what else you have going on. Do it for as long a time as you can commit to it – whether that be 5 minutes or 5 hours. It will help recharge your battery!
