Daily Bliss #20131108
I have yet to make any huge contributions to the world – I haven’t discovered a cure for anything, or written the ultimate book on anything, or won a Nobel prize for anything. And yet I am important. My contributions to the world may never be on a huge scale; I may never say “What I did made a difference to millions of people.” And that’s okay. Because I know that the world would be a different place if I were not in it. I make a small difference to a lot of people every day. It may be a difference as small as being the first person to smile at someone today, or paying it forward in the coffee shop, or a million other small things. The important thing is that I know that I make a difference.
