Today it may be uncomfortable, or scary, or seem like it is never going to be better. But remember, tomorrow is another day. And it may take more than one tomorrow, but things will get better. And they may not get better in the way that you want them to today, but they will get better. What ‘better’ looks like may surprise you. It may be that the worrisome thing disappears. But it may also mean that the worrisome thing no longer has the same hold on you. You may adapt to it, or learn to live with it, or some other unforeseen thing may occur. Just hang on, because tomorrow is another day.
