Is there something bothering you that you can’t seem to let go? Have you actually dealt with the issue? That may mean talking to someone else who is involved, or it may mean confronting the issue in your own mind. It may mean resolving it with someone else, or it may mean coming to an understanding with yourself that you may not get any further resolution, and it is over. However it needs to be resolved, resolve it it and move on. If it is over and done, then let it be over and done, and stop reliving it in your mind.
