It is okay to not always be the strongest person in the room

Sometimes it is important to embrace your bad day. If you feel like a nap, take a nap. If you feel a good cry coming on, find a comfortable place to have a good cry. Throw yourself a pity party if that is what you need. I am not saying that you want to live in this space; I am saying that it is okay to visit here once in a while. You may be strong in front of everyone, and it is okay to not always be the strongest person in the room. Don’t forget to cut yourself some slack.
