Don’t look for what you can’t do, look for what you CAN do. Don’t worry about the big changes that need to be made, find one small change you CAN make and make it. It doesn’t matter what you are trying to change: old habits, the world, eating patterns, whatever. Smile at someone, eat one more helping of vegies, walk one block – whatever little thing you can do to go toward your goal is enough for today. And tomorrow is the same. Little steps are all we can ever do, but the little steps will add up to miles before we know it.
