I vow to do the hard stuff, even when I don’t want to. I will have the hard conversations, show up in all my vulnerability, speak my truth, and let myself be seen and heard. I will spend my life being me, even when it sometimes causes me to wince a little (or a lot). When this life comes to the end, I will be able to say that I gave it my all; it may not have been easy, but it was worth it.
