Self-care is always important, especially in these confusing and scary times. Please remember that, while staying away from others may limit some of your usual self-care activities (going to the spa or gym, for instance), there are still many things you can do in the privacy of your own home. Get out your yoga mat and pop in a DVD or find a yoga class on-line; brew yourself a cup of tea and settle down with a good book; you can set up an exercise routine even if you haven’t got all the machines they have at your gym. Take advantage of some down time and clean out that closet you have been meaning to get to; make your meditation practice a habit. Do something for you!
