Put your attention on the good
Take a deep breath – think about your next move. Hurting someone else is NOT going to change the fact that you or anyone else has been hurt. Exacting revenge may make you feel better for a bit, but it is not a good long-term strategy. Revenge is not what we need. What is important is: less fear and intolerance, more understanding, more realization that we are all one, more love, more taking care of each other. It is important to capitalize on all the good there is in the world. Put your attention on the good, and increase it.
