Put your attention on the good!
Sometimes you have to dig real deep to find your gratitude. It’s not that there aren’t things to be grateful for, it’s just that sometimes you feel so beaten down by everything that’s going on that it’s hard to see the good through the bad. Remember that you are going to notice what you put your attention on. I am not saying that the bad will go away if you don’t concentrate on it; I wish it were so, but it is not. The bad will always be with us, and so will the good. Put your attention on what makes you feel better – for me, it is the good!
