Self-care in this year of the pandemic is imperative. Do little things that make you feel better, even is they are very small. Get out and take a walk, even if it is just to the corner and back (take a mask in case you run into someone). Keep up some kind of exercise routine, even if you can’t go to the gym. Don’t beat yourself up if you aren’t learning many new things in your free time; whatever you can do is enough. Take good care.
