These are hard times for everyone; please remember to take care of yourself. While it is important to know what is going on, it can be very hard on you to watch the news too much. Watch it, yes, but don’t watch it all day. Whatever allows you to forget the outside world for a bit can help: meditate, knit, play games, paint, bake, read. The point here is not to withdraw from the world, but to take a break from it once in a while so that you can tackle the issues with a fresh perspective. Take good care!
