I am looking forward to the holidays, and I am trying to remember that I do not have to do everything just because someone asks me to. Busy-ness seems to be overrated in our culture, and I intend to give that up this year. I will say Yes to what I want to and can comfortably do, and say No to the rest. I am not doing this to hurt or bother anyone else, but rather to honor myself and my abilities.
