Are you stressed out? Maybe a break is in order: take a walk, sit down with a cup of tea, find someone to talk to, sit and read, sit and do nothing, have a good cry, weed the garden, go for a run, meditate. What you do is not as important as the fact that you do something for YOU. It doesn’t have to be for a long time, it doesn’t have to cost money, it doesn’t have to involve anyone else. Or it can – it’s up to you. Remember your self-care!
