When you find yourself going over and over the same issue, thinking you are finally done with it, only to have it rear its head yet again later, it may be time to consciously let it go and move on. Try doing something physical to make this clearer in your head. Write it down and burn the piece of paper; imagine it being blown out of your hands and whisked away into the atmosphere. Try something else that appeals to you – it doesn’t matter what it is. Find a way to let it go and move on.
