Today may not be the best day in your world; remember that it isn’t always going to be like this. Things change: they get better and they get worse. So if today is a bad day, make the adjustments that are required to make it work and don’t feel bad about it – tomorrow will most likely be different. If you need to cry about it for a while, then do it and be done with it. Try not to compare yourself with others – there are always going to be people who have it better than you as well as people who have it worse than you. Hang in there.
