Yesterday is done and gone; there is nothing I can do to change what happened then. I will look back on it to learn what lessons there are to learn from it, but I will not live there. Tomorrow has not yet happened. I look forward to the future, but I do not worry about what will happen then. I will not put off my life for some more perfect time that may or may not happen in the time to come. Today is all I have. It is here and it is real. I will live my life fully in the here and now.
