Take the time to be what you need to be – whatever that is. If you are sick, take the time you need to be sick – whether that is a day or weeks. And then take the time that you need to recover, even if it takes longer than you want it to or is convenient for you. If you are hurt, take the time you need to feel your pain. You may find that really feeling your pain allows you to let it go sooner. Whatever you are being, be it to the best of your ability, then let it go.
