As we get further into this New Year, we would like to remind you all to remember your self-care. In this busy world it is so important to treat your self-care as a must-do, not something that you will do if you have time and can get around to it. If you don’t take care of yourself, you will eventually run out of the energy you need to take care of your loved ones. So do whatever you do to recharge. Remember that exquisite self-care is whatever works for you. Here’s a short list of some things that work for some people.

- a 30-minute bubble bath
- 10 minutes with a cup of tea and a crossword puzzle
- meditation
- a walk

- breathe
