Don’t spend all your time worrying
Don’t spend all your time worrying about something that may or may not happen in the future. If you can do something about it, then do it. If you can’t do anything about it, then let it go. Worrying about it does not count as doing something. And if you can’t keep yourself from worrying about it, then set a time for your worrying. For example, set Saturday morning at 8:00 am aside to worry for 10 minutes every week. If you start to worry another time, remind yourself that you do your worrying on Saturday at 8:00 am, and put it aside until then. If you can’t stop worrying entirely, then at least you have set some boundaries for it.
