Reach out
Remember to let your friends know when you need a boost. They are probably more than happy to help, but you may be so good at hiding your real feelings that even your close friends may not realize what you need. Tell them. If you need a shoulder to cry on, or someone to listen, or just someone to be there with you, let someone know. Remember that reaching out to someone does not make you high-maintenance.
