There are so many conflicting opinions out there: eat more protein, no – eat less protein; do cardio workouts, no – lift weights; tell everyone about your issues, no – tell no one about your issues. Who do you believe? I think I found the answer – believe yourself! Trust your intuition, or your gut, or your inner voice, or whatever you want to call it. The bottom line is to listen to yourself, and to believe in yourself. You may not have the answer for everyone, but you probably have the answer for you. Believe that you know, because you do know what’s right for you.
