Your feelings are your feelings

It is a very happy time of year – for some. If you are not one of them, please don’t assume there is something wrong with you. There are a lot of reasons that this time of year might be hard for you: you may have bad memories of this time earlier in your life, you may not like the chaos, this time of year may make you feel more alone. It doesn’t matter why you feel the way you feel, your feelings are your feelings. Seek out help if you need it; seek out peace and quiet, if that is what you need.
