Are you stressing so much about what has to get done that you aren’t enjoying the moment that is happening right now? Are you worrying so much about the future that you don’t even see the present? Are you spending your time fretting about the past, second-guessing what you did or didn’t do? One of the antidotes of stress, worry, and regret is to live in the moment. Be fully present to and appreciate what is happening right now. What needs to get done will get done, and what has already been done or not done can’t be changed.
