What recharges you?
Do you need quiet time? Do you need to be with people? It doesn’t matter what it is, there is no right or wrong answer. And it is important to know what it is that works for you, and to DO IT. If you don’t recharge, you will eventually run out of energy and be unable to help even yourself, much less anyone else. Remember your self-care! What works for you?
