Celebrate what you did do

You want to do something for an hour, but all you can manage today is 5 minutes. You want to run 5 laps, but all you can manage today is 1. If you can’t do it all, you want to throw in the towel and do nothing. But wait! Get rid of your all or nothing mindset. Give yourself credit for what you do get done.  Don’t think about what you didn’t do, celebrate what you did do.
